All of these are completely valid reasons for seeking out professional counselling. A common misconception is that you need to wait until things in your life are really bad before it is okay to seek out help.

Actually the opposite is true. Suffering is not a requirement for living, and if you are already feeling anxious or depressed, we can work towards healing as soon as you are ready to make the commitment.
