We all need support
You don’t need to have a reason to experience anxiety or depression, but there are some common triggers that may resonate with you:
- You’ve just become a parent or self-parent
- You’re having trouble conceiving
- You’ve just lost your job
- You’ve just ended a relationship
- You’ve had to move to a new town or city
Acknowledging that you need support is the first step. Allowing yourself to receive the gift of that support is the second.
